What services does the free premium package include?

Included are easyVision, easyMonitoring, and easyStatement as well as support and updates, free of charge for recognized non-profit associations. The free access applies to one domain.

What applies to associations without a tax exemption certificate?

Associations that cannot prove their non-profit status via a tax exemption certificate will receive the appropriate package for them with a permanent 50% discount. An overview can be found on the Pricing page.

Are easyAlt, easyLanguage, and other AI features included?

No. AI features like easyAlt and easyLanguage run on credits and are not included in the free premium package. They can be booked separately at any time if needed.

Is the widget alone enough for accessibility?

No. easyVision makes usage easier, for example through contrasts and font sizes, for many people, but it does not replace content and technical adjustments. The issues identified in the monitoring should be specifically addressed.

Is personal data stored?

No. No profiles are created. The IP address is technically transmitted during loading, but not stored or passed on. Development and hosting take place in Germany. Details can be found under Privacy Policy.

Q: Which association purposes qualify for free premium access?

Eligible for free premium access are non-profit associations with a tax exemption certificate from the tax office, whose statutory purpose is one of the following: Promotion of public health and public healthcare, promotion of youth and elderly care, promotion of aid for civilian casualties and people with disabilities, promotion of international mindset, tolerance in all areas of culture, and the idea of international understanding, promotion of welfare, as well as the promotion of saving lives from danger. Associations with a tax exemption certificate for another charitable purpose receive a 50% discount on the appropriate package instead.
