
Set up easyVision widget – how to get started

Whether changing your password, updating your email address, or adding a new user: in this article, you’ll learn how to manage your login credentials in SiteCockpit and what to consider when setting up team access.
To change your login credentials, log in to SiteCockpit and click on your profile icon at the top right. Then select “Profile” or “Settings”. Here, you can update your email address or set a new password.
Tip: Use a secure password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and special symbols. You will receive a confirmation email after the change.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it via the login page. Click on “Forgot password?” and enter the email address linked to your account.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
If multiple people in your company use SiteCockpit, you can add additional users. Go to “User management” or “Team” in the dashboard. There, you can create new accounts and assign permissions.
This ensures that each person only sees the features relevant to them – e.g., access to configuration, barrier analysis, or just widget management.
